CRM Manager (Toronto)

The Fashion CRM Manager will define and implement the Fashion Marketing & CRM activities and strategies in Canada, reporting and working closely with Canada's Fashion Director, with guidance and support of the Regional Marketing team, in order to deliver the highest level of client experience across all Boutiques and communication touch points.

  • Implement local Marketing/CRM strategies and action plans
  • Provide support to help define and implement Boutique actions plans
  • Ensure communication of all updates to Boutiques & Fashion Division
  • Liaise with Regional Marketing Team in the UK & other Global teams when relevant

           CRM/Client Intelligence

  • Database maintenance, deduplication & data capture process optimisation
  • Support boutiques by producing weekly & monthly reports and insights to support CRM activities
  • Produce ad-hoc operational & strategic analysis
  • Liaise with the boutiques to track progress of boutique CRM action plans and client follow up
  • Define and implement Clienteling programme

           Digital & Direct Marketing

  • Implement & support offline & online customer engagement strategies & action plans
  • Effective targeting, preparation, monitoring and analysis of all digital and direct marketing initiatives
  • Liaising with Regional & Global Marketing teams for all digital and direct marketing communications
  • Coordinate Fashion Advisors’ tools (Boutique app, iPhone roll out, Clienteling app etc)

           Other Projects

  • Competitive Intelligence: benchmark, best practices, studies, across communications, events as well as retail and economic environment
  • Infuse Global Client Service Values in the boutiques
  • Assist on Customer Care Centre activities
  • Help implement After Sales, Alterations, Returns projects
  • Help with logistics, guest list management, communication, coordination & ROI of events

PROFILE & PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum 5 year’s relevant experience within Marketing/CRM 
  • Minimum BA in Marketing or Business Management 
  • Excellent spoken & written English 
  • Bilingualism (French & English) will be considered a strong asset 
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to manage workload by priority/deadline across several projects 
  • Ability to liaise effectively and appropriately at all levels 
  • Flexibility and self-motivation 
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently 
  • Good understanding for the luxury fashion industry alongside an analytical mind-set
