The Assistant Boutique Director plays a leadership role alongside the Boutique Director in the development of the Sales Associates & maintenance of the Boutique. While respecting the image of the company, ensures that all boutique procedures and strategies are implemented & adhered to.  The Assistant Boutique Director will assist the Boutique Director in maximizing sales and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the store activities within Chanel operating policies and procedures. He/she will assist the Boutique Director in training the Sales Associates. The Assistant Boutique Director will also have to develop client relationships and meet personnal sales goals.

**Please note that this position is based in Toronto.**

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of retail experience
  • Strong luxury background
  • RTW selling experience (important asset)
  • Management Experience
  • Speaks a second language
  • Good computer skills (Excel, e-mails & Internet)
  • Autonomy & initiative
  • Proven Merchandising skills
