Accountant - Temporary contract (M/W)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of the Finance department and will assist and support the accounting activities related to the office and the boutiques.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Raising Customer Invoices / Recharges, booking and document control 
  • Recharges follow ups with Group companies 
  • Processing incoming payments and enforcing the related internal controls 
  • Preparation and posting of SAP Mass upload files 
  • Daily checking of Sales automated bookings and reconciliation of incoming payments 
  • Customer balances management; reconciliations and follow ups, Ageing analysis 
  • Point of contact for customer payment related queries 
  • VAT Output checks and reconciliations 
  • Performing relevant monthly closing activities 

 

You graduated with an accounting degree and have strong SAP accounting software experience.You have excellent Excel and all-round analytical skills and you are detail oriented. Your strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.

English is a must.

Position based in Dubai

Temporary contract – 4 months
